Well you are certainly getting plenty of advise ;-) I will add, that the 15 
is IMHO not as great as some claim. You will get wider coverage from 
existing lenes with the M6. Be brave: ditch the heavy SLR, rely on the D200 
for telephoto work and bang away like crazy with the M. I used ONLY b/w film 
on my last trip to Europe and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the results. Europe 
suits b/w and its so nice to hone down to one photo technique. It improves 
your vision. With b/w you don't need the slew of lenses. Leave the snaps to 
the D200, and do some real street work with the M. Love it

Alastair,

I'm starting to consider just that.  It would certainly make my very 
neglected M6 happy.  Hey Ted!  Does this qualify for the Double Dare?  I 
will get the 15 CV, but the Noctilux is definitely out, SWMBO would shoot 
me, drive the car over me several times, run the mower over me once or twice 
before say oops!  ;-)  The 50 Summicron will have to do for the 50.
