So if I do the opposite, turn Clockwise, the internal part gets tightened... which seems like what is needed to repair this problem. Do I understand correctly? This means I do not have to touch the external screw on the rewind crank shaft ???? Kyle's fix was where the rewind crank was jamming - but the disassembly is obviously the same. If you put a small flat headed screwdriver in the slot on the inside of the rewind crank and then turn the crank anticlockwise the crank comes off.
