Hi Everyone,

I just received my copy of Steve's book.... It's wonderful. Aside from the 
book's sentiment,
the photography is stunning. I must say, it's a remarkable achievement. The
layout, in its simplicity, is right on the money, in my opinion.

It's a great tribute to 'his' children and it speaks of his compassion and 
love of his patients.
