I have primes up the yin yang all over the place I've used since the 70's I still use on my D200.. Some I bought recently for a song. Easily pro quality. That said I think "who uses primes" I've the only one I've ever seen. I bet its a full one tenth of one percent of the market. The DSLR'S are not small; a zoom lens unless its a bigger one does not throw it off. If the cameras not small finding a compact prime for it seems like less a smart deal; might as well use a zoom and not have to take it off in a sand storm. mark@rabinergroup.com Mark William Rabiner > From: Chris Williams <leicachris@worldnet.att.net> > Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> > Date: Tue, 1 Jul 2008 08:35:14 -0500 > To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> > Subject: Re: [Leica] OT: New Nikon D700 full frame > > I have an old 105/1.8.
