BTW, and I hope I'm remembering this correctly, jumping Sturgeon account for at least a few deaths on Florida waterways every year. They seem to like jumping right in front on open boats moving at high speed. The operator drives right into the fish at 20 or 30 miles per hour. ... must be an awful shock. They can be six feet long.
