Great site, but there is sooooo much information: I still think I'd let 
someone cut through it if I were a layman. There are no perfect answers with 
this or many diseases, so local experience and expertese is often the best. 
For example, I don't know if this robot surgery is available here, so no 
point "dreaming" about it.
