Seth: It doesn't in it's original form.  Mine had a "little operation" at 
Dr. DAG's.  The close-focus half of the focusing cam is what prevents the 
DR from mounting on the M8.  Grind it off, and it fits just fine.  For all 
practical purposes, it becomes a slightly heavier Rigid.
