As you doubtless know, the flange to film distance of all 35mm Alpa's was the thinnest of any 35mm SLR; which is why one could fit over a thousand lenses of other manufacturers to all Alpa cameras, with one of the various adapters that Pignons, S.A. offered. There is a Leitz-to-Alpa adapter but it is for longer, short-mount Leica lenses where the back focus issue doesn't exist. As you may also know, there are adapters to fit the 50mm Macro-Switar to Leica M cameras; our friend Tom Abrahamsson has used one on one of his M2's and if I recall, one can see a photo of this lash-up on Steve Gandy's Cameraquest site.
