What I would like to know as an engineer is why? What is the cause. Certainly none of the simple R L C parameters explain it. I have heard several plausible explanations but no definitive test. I, on the other hand, know engineers who would not participate in a test such as this since they "know" it can't make a difference. But they aren't proper engineers IMO. --- On Thu, 15/1/09, Spencer Cheng <scheng@aotera.org> wrote: > From: Spencer Cheng <scheng@aotera.org> > Subject: Re: [Leica] OT: Audiophile Question > To: "Leica Users Group" <lug@leica-users.org> > Date: Thursday, 15 January, 2009, 4:23 PM > For digital source such as CD player or digital TV signals, > use a TosLink cable which keeps it digital into the > (pre-)amp.
