If there are guests who hang out there a lot, you can be sure they'll be repeating something they heard a couple of days ago to guests who weren't there at the time. The LUG is, I suspect, a German acronym of "Lesen Und Geniessen", meaning Read and Enjoy. I read everything - although I'm working flat out all day on the same box this pile of mails arrives on - just to make sure I don't miss out on great pictures and anything interesting, informative, funny, controversial or perhaps even to do with Leica in its many guises.
