Ed I agree and I don't believe that Leica would ever do otherwise with the M
lens range. In any event they have the S range to get into production then a
whole new range for the R10 when it arrives after that. Those look likely to
be AF and have no aperture rings either but we would hope with an R mount on
the end. I think it will be a very long time before we see any more
significant additions to the M lens range. Looking at what is available I
think that we have a lot of superb choices right now. I would only wish for
a modest aperture 16mm or 18mm at some point. Speculating with no
information at all maybe they will eventually update the 35 Summilux as
well?
