[Leica] Speaking of Bruce Gilden and street photography

You know, I was thinking about all these "punch him in the face" kind of
remark on Gilden's behaviors, and Mark's earlier remark about the "loud" M8
also applies in this case. This is New York. Sure, if someone flashes me in
the face, I'd be annoyed too, but this is NY. There are far more things to
be annoyed about, and many of them are far more important than some nutcase
flashes you and then moves on. He's not like a leech and follow you all days
or something. You can start a shouting match, but a good New Yorker will
stand firm and return in kind. Abusive behavior? Yes, but this is New York
and he hasn't broken any law on record. I don't like much of the resulting
photographs and I don't condone his behaviors, but... context is important,
and the context here is that, "it can only happen in New York."
