Now the cost to clean up the bodies and lenses won't come cheap. A full CLA from DAG on a LTM body is $250. A lens CLA from Sherry Krauter is about $95. These are two of the best technicians there are. I would go about it easy. Get one body and one lens done. Fix the body that is the stiffest for now. Exercise the other body a lot while you're waiting. It may take two months. I would get the Summicron CLA'd and use the Summaron on the body you don't send in. Try a roll of film to see what works and what doesn't. Good luck and enjoy. I don't know if you've ever used an LTM. The experience is different. I always thought you were a Rollei kind of guy.
