By the way did you notice that you have already made 689 exposures with your M8? It is so easy to try a lot of things and see the results straight away. A great camera to shoot a LOT with! The last shot from this group appeals to me the most. The out of foucus background has an interesting shape behind the pots. I think that you could experiment with all of these shots trying different white balance settings and also see if you can brighten the pots themselves too.The lighting is very tough on these dark objects. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lluis Ripoll" < >> luisripoll@telefonica.net> >> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug@leica-users.org> >> Sent: Wednesday, February 25, 2009 4:39 PM >> Subject: [Leica] Miniatures >> >> >> All with Leica M8, Summilux 50, wide open, ISO 320 >>> >>> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/luisrq/Color/L1000686.jpg.html >>> >>> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/luisrq/Color/L1000687.jpg.html >>> >>> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/luisrq/Color/L1000688.jpg.html >>> >>> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/luisrq/Color/L1000689.jpg.html >>> >>> >>> Maybe if I frame the 4 together will produce a nicer effect? >>> >>> Thanks for looking, your c & c will be appreciated, >>> >>> Saludos cordiales >>> Lluis >>> >>> >>> _______________________________________________ >>> Leica Users Group. >>> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information >>> >>> >> >> -- >> Cheers >> Geoff >> 'She looks like an angel moving too fast for its glory' >> >
