Subject: [Leica] OT advice re carry on bags for flights...

I did exactly this on a recent United flight from the USA to Australia with 
no problem. But when I needed to fly on a small regional airline to get to a 
kangaroo-free spot not served by international carriers, I could not talk 
them into letting me carry 2 bags on board and had to check the laptop bag.
