A RyanAir spokesman did admit that it had been discussed internally. Of
course that doesn't mean they were planning to introduce it, however...

I can imagine that there's a monthly prize for the person who can come up
with the next way of fleecing their passengers. It was only a couple of
years ago that they were charging disabled passengers for the use of
wheelchairs within the airport.
