Subject: [Leica] Looking for extension tube

bought a BELUN-HESUM a couple of weeks ago.

It came with the wrong tubes:
a summitar 5cm 1:2, a knurled tube marked F, and a shorter knurled  
tube with no marking.

Anyone out there have an LTM 1:1 tube floating around in a junk  
drawer? Maybe an equivalent combo with what I have on hand?
