I have not taken apart any of my R lenses. Do you know which lenses use this type of construction? That will still leave a whole set of older lenses that may or may not work. <<<< The 280 f/4 APO certainly, and I believe the 100 APO and 180 APO-Elmarit as well (I'll have to verify the 180).
