Not a problem with me.
They are a benevolent stakeholder.
The French gov bought the rights to the photographic process, and  
immediately placed it in the public domain, in the 19th Century. An  
effort resisted by the British, by the way. Who if they had it their  
way, we'd be that much the worst for it.
