The most common lenses for the Visoflex only are the 65mm Elmar, the screw mount 200mm Telyt and the screw mount 280mm Telyt. Leica also made the 400mm f6.8 and 560mm f6.8 in versions for the Visoflex and the R system. There are also many lenses where the head screws off of the focusing mount and can be mounted on the Visoflex and/or bellows with many different adapters. I don't think you want to go there. As already mentioned by Rei and Vick, your 65mm and focusing adapter are Visoflex only.
