I dev my film in the bathroom, so I hang it in the shower to dry. Seems to work pretty well. As far as a final rinse, I found not enough photoflo is just as bad as too much. I settled upon about a dilution of 1:300 instead of 1:200. I have a dropper and add about 1 drop per oz of distilled water in my final rinse. It works out to about that 1:300. I tried no photoflo and just distilled water, and where I am with my water (tap and distilled) that didn't work at all. Maybe it works for some people, but it did not work here. I then started adding 1 drop per 8 oz of wash water, and slowly increased by 1 drop until my negs looked good.
