I probably told this story a couple times, but here goes:

My first camera was the Nikon FM, may have an odd polaroid here or
there, but the FM was mine. I saved pennies to get it. I used it in my
high school.

When my younger brother went to college, I gave the camera to him.
Much later, he told me that he sold the camera. I was a bit miffed at
that. I would have bought the camera back from him.

Then a few years ago, he told me that he sold the camera to buy his
then girl friend the engagement ring, which makes me feel very happy.

He also said his master degree at CMU is nothing but an expensive date
(his wife was the Valedictorian) :-) so there it goes...

No no first camera picture from me, although I still have my second
real camera, the Olympus OM-4T.
