What you are describing is a software correction to the second law of thermodynamics. If an image is blurred you can never get back all the details using software, it's gone into general entropy. Anyway, who cares? I like my new toy. - - - - - - Neil, I was talking about lens distortion and drawing errors, not focus errors. But you can correct some focusing errors by software processing if you know the out of focus characteristics of the lens. NASA does it all the time. Down with entropy, I say! Larry Z
