I bought a flexible plastic guard that sticks using some natural attractive force, not glue.. All I want it something to protect the finish of the glass. If I need to replace it because the plastic fades/takes on color/looks yellow, etc, who cares for 10 minutes of work and $2 a piece. I am very wary of those that contain any sort of glue product to adhere..... Glues can be tough on plastic, can get hard and insolvable, and can entice you to break the bond using force. That could be a source of a scratch in itself, or a broken camera LCD. YMMV, but I would stick with a flexible plastic cover.....
