Interesting, Never got this with the M8.  Yours was easily fixable by
locally desaturating the color buzz; not always a solution, but in that case
it is.

It often shows up on Nikon scans, but when you bring them to 100% they go
away.

In TV we had a sportscaster who wore a jacket similar to those slacks and it
made a dreadful video buzz on the early Norelco (Phillips) TV Color
cameras.  He loved the Jacket though, so we lived with it.
