That way the boat is heeling, not the earth... Also, the water looks a bit magenta-ish. Might want to check your colors. And your wife looks very happy at the helm! Nice shot whichever way you lean :-) Best, Bob Bob Adler Palo Alto, CA http://www.raflexions.com ________________________________ From: Lawrence Zeitlin <lrzeitlin at gmail.com> To: Leica LUG <lug at leica-users.org> Sent: Wed, December 16, 2009 6:05:48 PM Subject: [Leica] IMG: Maggie at the helm - opinions wanted. I have a picture of my wife at the helm of a sailboat that I want to use in an article about women who sail. The first, with the heeled boat and the tilted horizon, is how the scene subjectively felt. I don't know of anyone who became seasick by looking at it but some people are disturbed by the angle. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Larry+Z/Maggie+tilted.jpg.html The second picture is rotated and cropped so that the horizon is level. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Larry+Z/Maggie+at+the+helm.jpg.html Opinions wanted.
