My error...... The X1 does have AF... But no lens cap covering to deal
with.
I did not say it, but the other issue is the speed of the processor inside
the camera to provide AF, and AE control.....
Unless the manufacturer puts in some guts, the processor is just plain
slow, and with that, the response time....
