Instructions below. Bob, What was the pixel size of the images that you submitted? I don't have my notes handy but 300 or 360 ppi at final image size should work fine. Last year I soft-proofed using the profile for the Blurb HP press, and output sharpened with PK Sharpener Pro for four-color press, but I don't think that makes much if any difference.
