Also it's worth checking to make sure the case matches.  At some point the 
company that hosts my site changed something behind the scenes, without any 
notice, and everything became case-sensitive.  About half my website 
vanished in an instant because I'd been a bit sloppy when it didn't matter.

Now, I check these things.
