It's not bad.  If you use BTZS (Beyond the Zone System) developing tubes 
you just use, say 11x14 trays to hold the tubes.   Then you can contact 
print the negs.  Maybe get a rotary phone for the darkroom in case 
anyone calls from 1930.

Ken (been there, but no phone calls - that I remember.  Fumes from some 
of that stuff are wicked.)
