Exactly.
(and the Silvestri Flexicam offers some very elegant suggestions for a
smaller framework
which could easily mount our live view sensor/articulated screen module)
as does the Cambo X2 Pro

So engineers have been grappling with these possibilities for quite some
time.
The real missing link is the live view sensor
(with micro prisms for correcting angle of incidence issues)
and articulated screen module.
