I guess possibly they just shrink the Nokton 50 /1.1 design to only cover the 4/3 sensor, and thus realize size saving and may be gain 1/4 stop along the way. My wife needs to upgrade her digicam at some point as the G7 is getting long on the tooth. Now this makes the m4/3 just a bit even more appealing.
