Just download the new firmware file to your sdhc card and then plug it into your M9. Turn on the M9, It should come on and ask if you want to load the new firmware. Then I formatted the card in the camera. Next I put the card in the computer and deleted the DCIM directory so there are no directories. Next I copied and pasted the file to the SD card. I put the SD card in the camera. Still nothing!!!
