If a new card, then maybe they would replace it for you. I have used it without problems in my M8 for several months and formatted it in the camera after every 50 or so exposures. When I attempted to format it today, the formatting process ran much longer than I was accustomed to, and would not quit until I removed the battery from the camera. I put the card and the battery back and tried again with the same result. I put in a fully charged battery; as soon as I turned the camera on the display read "SD card full". When I tried to format it the process wouldn't quit. I took the battery and the card out, put both back, and turned on the camera; the message on the display read "no SD card". In each of the cases described above the battery status/remaining exposures display read Zero. I tried a different card (SanDisk 8GB SDHC) which formatted quickly (there was nothing on it) and gave the correct number of remaining exposures. The 4GB card has apparently failed.
