After nearly 30 years of photographing Workers, Migrations, and Africa, Salgado has turned his eye to the Earth?s beauty in a series he has titled, ?Genesis.? A Gallery for Fine Photography is proud to exhibit photographs spanning Sebasti?o Salgado?s career (1975-2010). Sebasti?o Salgado was born in Brazil in 1944. His education and early employment began in economics. In 1971, while working in London as an economist, he travelled to Africa where he took his first photographs. He and his wife moved to Paris in 1973 to begin his life as a photographer.
