Wacky?  Weird?  I kind of like wacky.

(Backstory: a niece in Georgia kidnapped this little guy from one of
her teachers, and he's been travelling around the country sending back
souvenir photos.  The containing gallery is more of the same.)

The finger belongs to someone who was busy making live TV with his
other hand.
