[Leica] IMG: Election Day

In this country most small communities do not have much in the way of public
buildings.

Schools and Firehouses are usual locations for public meetings or
gatherings.

In these parts, most schools are consolidated, so not every community has
one.

The Volunteer Fire Department Engine house isn't heated, nor does it have
chairs, so the community meets in the only logical place, the Church.
