Subject: [Leica] PESO - Pass at your own risk

This week I took my Voigtlander Bessa-T + Summicron-C out for a walk...
Here's one of the picture that I took:

It looks like there is something that looks like a flare in the middle
toward the top.
I think it was taken at f/4, or 5.6.
I don't remember having problem with flare with this lens before.  I
may have to re-scan it.
