[Leica] OT: Apple Mac gets grindingly slow...(Now: LR Windows Too)

Turns out LR doesn't actually USE a scratch disk, since all it's actually 
doing r/w on is instruction files and such, not the actual images.

Oh well.  Another good idea that wasn't.  I have LOTS of those.
