One common Problem I had with color prints on an epson 4800 was making sure I wasn't printing with both the printer and Photoshop trying to manage color. When that happened, photoshop was doing the color conversions and sending it to the printer's drivers, which were doing another set of color conversions and I ended up with dark, over-saturated crummy prints. If I recall correctly...... my settings were something like Photoshop Manages colors Relative Calorimetric rendering intent Color Management OFF in printer settings Paper settings matching paper type Hope this helps -Forrest On Sun, Dec 5, 2010 at 11:35 AM, Mark Kronquist <mak at teleport.com> wrote: > Black and whites rock using Mac OS 10.6 and Photoshop (various versions) > thoughts?
