I see a person on step ladder, from the back, and bent forward. If we take our attention away from the appearance of a well formed female derriere. Then what, exactly, makes this a "damn fine photograph?" Do its elements form a fine composition? Did it capture a fine decisive moment? Does it show fine lighting? Fine human emotions? Show us some striking design? I see a relatively well exposed snap shot of a woman's butt. Nothing more nothing less. I don't see it as offensive or "embarrassing." Nor do I see it as a "damn fine" photograph.
