Looks like they are being picked up as a status symbol by the oligarchs there. Great news for Leica though, the margins on those cameras should be considerable, and no one would expect a discount. In fact I would guess that most sales are for cold, hard cash across the counter. (-: Some genius at Leica has pulled off a Steve Jobs!
