I've just tried a new 8GB 400X compact flash card in my 5D mark 2.
Boy that bad boy's quick!  Thank you Santa! :-)
I just hope my card reader can read it!
Now, it begs the question are SDHC cards much faster on the M8 (or M9 
for that matter).  I currently use 2Gb Sandisk SD cards.
