Subject: [Leica] Orion Nikon adapters - questions

I have a few questions about Orion adapters, for Nikon S mount lenses.

1.  did they make on for Nikon S mount (RF mount) to Leica LTM?

2.  are there any identifying markings on the adapter, showing that it 
is from the ORION company?
