Subject: [Leica] Yearbook - Why did you choose those photos?

After the LUG discussion about POY images being depressing....

 

I wanted to show a couple of images on a theme....... something that
showed hope....   Something that makes people feel good...  

 

I spent a few weeks in Africa this year visiting some places where our
organization has been helping local ministries....   

 

And despite living in areas of extreme poverty......   clean water can
make an incredible difference in people's lives...   Faith plays an even
bigger role...   And the combination of the two changes communities
dramatically....

There are reasons in life for people to smile....    : )
