Oh, the optics gods took sympathy on my today

I cracked a reticle, which turned out to be two thin glass plates glued 
together.

After feeling like a total idiot, I thought - hey, this is probably 
glued by Canadian Balsam, what if I just reheat it and reflow it.

Well, it worked.  Before the crack, I could see the rainbow separation 
pattern.  After baking the reticle at 400 deg F (with my chicken 
dinner), it is perfect.
