Pilsener originated in Plsen, halfway between Prague and the western
border. I was there to help them celebrate Pilsener Urquell's 150th.
I've been to Prague three times. Once in 1967, then once just after
the wall came down and then again within the last 10 years. The first
two times the atmosphere in the city was a lot better, even if the
tourist infrastructure was minimal.
As far as photo tours go, I don't think the specific city matters
that much. I would be delighted to take part in something anywhere in
Europe (or most other places). Any city, town or even countryside has
more than enough to offer. The tour operator/leader is much more
important.
