I quite like this also, Greg, and agree with Philippe on the
crop. For me, minimalist type shots like these are often more
effective in B&W. So I'm thinking, with the crop and conversion...

I'd give a try at cropping the top third though, at least to get rid  
of the upper lamp post - very "atmospheric" if I may say so... ;-)
