International prices and different VAT rates play merry hell with my accounts - there are hundreds of reciprocal arrangements between the various countries of the EU and others, and it's a right bind trying to reclaim the VAT on foreign purchases, particularly when buying outside the EU. One of the situations where I bless rather than curse my accountant (who is now paid richly to do it for me:-) ).
