Why not? FWIW, George Koshollek, the photog in #1 and #2, had photos on pages 119, 155, 192, 233, and 372 of the 14th edition of the Leica Manual (1961). I later got to know him when I joined the Wisconsin News Photographers, and he had great stories to tell at the convention hospitality rooms.
